The location turned out to be marvellous. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. The guest room was extremely spacious with the modern design, less Equipment, for example. The rate was £ 35.

The place was spacious and quiet, with a private bathroom, and the location was fantastic near Deja vu pizzeria.

The athmosphere, the beautiful garden, the rooms, the warmth of the place and the typical family company management, the nice housekeeper eduardo and the breakfast at one table together.

Really enjoyed its amiable and helpful staff.
The guest room was silent and the bed was comfortable. There was a large bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

The venue met our expectations perfectly, and I would highly recommend it. We loved every detail about our wonderful one-night stay here. the location was magnificent, as we were conveniently close to the airport, the center, and the city center.

We liked the fact that breakfasts were served on one large table, so all the guests of this b&b could meet, talk and share their impressions during the meal. Other very positive thing was the fact that the owner of the b&b gave as a free lift from the train station.
We did not like the fact that the owner was encouraging us to visit some local restaurant and while there, mention his name to the staff (which was obviously some sort of arrangement between him and the restaurant owner). The same thing with car rental company.

Edouardo was very nice and extremely welcoming. I had a lovely big room to myself with a very nice separate bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Edoardo is the very pleasant owner of the well situated B&B in Olbia. We booked for one night and via sms confirmed. B&B was easy to finf coming from the ferry. Also the restaurant tip was good. Thanx Edoardo!

The owner, Edoardo, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I can't praise his service enough. The room was kept very clean and tidy, and was surprisingly large for the price. A simple continental breakfast was provided... The coffee was great! The b&b is conveniently located around 20 minutes walk, or a short bus journey from the city centre.
My room was connected by a flight of stairs and an unlocked hatch to the room above. This was a bit disconcerting! I also found that noise carried between rooms quite easily.

you have your own entrance. Covenience to port of Olbia for travelling to the mainland Italy.
No serious complaint. Accommodation is duplex and not covenient for the elderly to use stairs from upstairs bedroom down to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The triple room was really cozy and came with a fridge, air conditioning, and a lovely stone fireplace. It had a nice view of the garden and the bed was super comfortable. Plus, the location is excellent—right by Deja Vu pizzeria! 🍕.

The only positive thing about the hotel was that one of the owners of the hotel, Edoardo was helpful and kind in general.
The hotel owners were obsessive about their weird rules (which they coin as "hotel rules") which are designed to maintain the comfort of the family who live in the same house. Accordingly, for e.g.,having shower is not allowed between 10 p.m and 8 a.m. Or you should be quiet between 13-16.00.You should not wear shoes when you come back to your room at night. If you do not comply with those rules, one family member can enter rudely into your room without permission by violating your privacy and tell you to leave the hotel even though you had paid for it!
